Johnsonville, LLC in Watertown, WI is seeking Harvest Floor Members to disassemble sow carcasses and prepare meat for further processing in our high-volume production facility.

Responsibilities include removing hide and organs, trimming carcasses, and maintaining knives and equipment while adhering to GMP and safety policies. This role involves line-speed duties and requires teamwork and a willingness to learn multiple tasks.

Formación

• Teamwork is essential on the Harvest Floor.
• The ability to coach your peers and work in a team.
• Knife Skills preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Cutting and preparing sow carcasses for further sausage processing.
• Removing hide and internal organs, trimming, and inspecting the carcass.
• Cleaning, sharpening, and maintaining knives, tools and equipment.
• Learn and perform several job functions in department at line speed.
• Adhere to GMP and Safety policies.
• Attend plant meetings and complete safety observations and trainings.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
