Job summary

Essential Personnel, Inc. is hiring Temporary Harvest Help in the Wisner, Enola, and Newman Grove, NE area. Positions include Scale Clerks and General Harvest Help.

You will assist with unloading grain, operate grain handling equipment, weigh trucks, and maintain accurate scale tickets. We encourage dependable, hard‑working individuals ready to work long hours and outdoors in harvest conditions. Weekly pay and benefits are provided to eligible staff, with opportunities to grow into more

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends, and overtime during harvest.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading and moving grain throughout the facility.
• Monitor and assist with grain dryers as needed; operate or assist with grain handling equipment.
• Weigh trucks and assist with scale operations; complete scale tickets and maintain records.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; assist truck drivers and elevator operators as needed.

We are looking for dependable workers to help keep grain facilities running smoothly during the busy harvest season.
