Qualifications

• Ability to walk/stand for long periods in hot and cold climates.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analysis on juice and wine samples using wet chemistry methods.
• Monitor and log fermentations daily and maintain accurate records.
• Assist vineyard intern with fruit analysis as needed.
