Job summary

Seven Hills Winery in Walla Walla Valley is seeking seasonal cellarhands for the 2026 Harvest Season. The job will encompass all aspects of the winemaking process.

Prior cellar or harvest experience is a plus but not required; we’ll train on all equipment and vehicles that are required to know. Enthusiastic candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience both in winemaking and cellar operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to work extended hours on hard and wet surfaces.
• Positive work attitude and reliability.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the winemaker with sorting and processing.
• Engage in cap management including pump‑overs and punch downs.
• Operate the press and fill barrels; transfer wine between tanks.
• Maintain sanitation of all tanks, equipment, lines and tools.
