Reporting to the Board, the CEO will balance traditional law enforcement‑community values with modern governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance to drive modernization.

This hands‑on executive will lead lending, ALM, IT, HR and culture, ensuring strong capital, liquidity and member‑focused service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership in a credit union or community financial institution.
• Demonstrated success overseeing key operational or lending functions.
• Deep understanding of NCUA regulations, regulatory examination process, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for sustainable growth, operational excellence, and member value.
• Lead the transition from traditional to modern credit union environment while preserving cooperative ethos.
• Oversee daily operations, budgeting, capital and liquidity management.
• Serve as principal liaison to the Board and ensure effective governance and risk oversight.
• Represent the Credit Union with professionalism within law enforcement and credit union communities.
