Secured Advantage FCU in Simpsonville, SC seeks a President/CEO to guide strategic direction, strengthen financial performance, and drive growth in a community-focused credit union. The role requires collaborating with the Board, elevating governance, and expanding member services in a fast-growing region.

The CEO will lead talent development, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster relationships with Greenville and Simpsonville communities, including underserved markets and CDFI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Five years of senior leadership in a credit union or financial institution.
• Credit union leadership with community-based institutions under $100M assets preferred.
• Proven ability to improve financial performance and execute strategic initiatives.
• Experience working with a Board of Directors and governance practices.
• Strong operational, financial, and business development experience.
• Commitment to community engagement and relationship building.
• Experience serving underserved markets or with a CDFI is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
