Qualifications

• 2+ years outside sales experience in new business development (hunter).
• 2+ years culinary chef, restaurant operations, or restaurant management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Generates new business through analyzing sales territory and presenting samples to customers.
• Grows sales and profit margins to meet goals.
• Sets up new customer accounts and coordinates deliveries with Credit and Operations teams.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by coordinating with center personnel to prevent and resolve issues.
• Builds additional business with current customers through product penetration to maximize profitability.
• Monitors pricing trends to maintain competitive pricing.
