Job summary

Millennium Space Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead and optimize production processes, including wiring harness assembly. The role emphasizes improving efficiency and product quality through strong leadership and MES data usage.

You will monitor production progress, analyze data, justify capital investments, and coordinate schedules to ensure timely results. Candidates should have 5+ years in manufacturing and 1+ year of team leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams.
• 1+ year of hands on experience building wiring harnesses.
• Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality.
• Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs.
• Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate.
• Conducts staffing and cost analyses.
• Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
• Represents manufacturing on production related issues.
• Establishing and maintaining production schedules.
