Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. is seeking a hands-on assembler for first shift in Cleveland, OH. You will read assembly drawings and schematics, route wiring harnesses, solder connections, assemble power packs, and verify assemblies with multi-meters on a daily basis.

You will maintain tools & equipment, report defects, and follow safety rules in a fast-paced production environment that offers overtime opportunities beyond 3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years assembling light to medium assemblies and/or complex electronic equipment.
• Hands-on experience with soldering irons, multi-meters, and common hand tools.
• Ability to read and apply assembly drawings, schematics, checklists, and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Dependable, safety-conscious teammate who collaborates well.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute from procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and written work instructions.
• Build and install wiring harnesses with careful routing, labeling, and strain relief.
• Assemble power packs and other assigned electrical sub-assemblies.
• Operate soldering irons and multi-meters; use appropriate hand tools with proper technique.
• Safeguard tools, equipment, and materials; handle all assets responsibly.
• Identify and report faulty equipment, defective materials, improper operations, or unusual conditions to supervision.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain an organized, clean work area.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including pallet jacks, forklifts, carts, and dollies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Build what powers play

Step onto our production floor at 7:00 AM and kick off a first-shift day devoted to precision. You’ll read assembly drawings and schematics, route and tie wiring harnesses, solder connections, verify with a multi-meter, and assemble power packs that bring Arrow’s electronic gaming products to life. You keep tools orderly, flag defects the moment you see them, and move parts safely with pallet jacks or forklifts. At 3:00 PM, you wrap—unless you opt into overtime.

Schedule: Non-union role, Monday–Friday, 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:00 PM) with overtime opportunities.

What you’ll do
