Job summary

Staffing Solutions Enterprises in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking an Assembly Technician. This role focuses on assembling wiring harnesses, power packs, and sub-assemblies with precision, following detailed drawings and instructions to uphold high quality.

You will use soldering irons, multimeters, and other hand tools, maintaining a safe, organized workspace with strong teamwork and attention to detail. Monday-Friday, 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of experience assembling light to medium assemblies and/or complex electronic equipment.
  • Must read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, checklists, and instructions.
  • Proficient with soldering irons and multimeters.

What you’ll do is assemble wiring harnesses, power packs, and various electrical sub-assemblies with precision and care. You’ll follow detailed drawings, schematics, and work instructions, ensuring every component is assembled to the highest standards. Using soldering irons, multimeters, and other hand tools, you’ll contribute to building reliable, top-tier electronic products. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help maintain a productive and organized workspace, supporting the team’s overall success.

Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • More than 3 years of relevant electronic assembly experience.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment handling loads up to 450 lbs.
  • Good visual acuity, including close, distance, peripheral vision, and focus adjustments.
  • This is a Monday-Friday, 1st shift position from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime.
