Job summary

SisterReach seeks a Harm Reduction Specialist to lead education and outreach for HIV services, PrEP-PEP-DoxyPEP, and syringe programs in Memphis. You will work with the Harm Reduction team and partners, coordinating campaigns, support groups, and care connections for PWUD and PLWHIV.

The role requires certification in HIV testing, at least 3 years in harm reduction or public health, and strong cultural humility. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• HIV testing and harm reduction certification required or to be provided.
• Minimum of 3 years in harm reduction, public health, or related fields.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage support groups for HIV and substance use.
• Coordinate education on HIV testing, PrEP, PEP, DoxyPEP, and syringe services.
• Develop and distribute harm reduction education materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with partners to expand program impact.
• Track program data and assist with grant reporting.
