Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution of the uLED backplane silicon programs, from development through high-volume manufacturing. You will coordinate across display silicon teams and external foundry partners to translate milestones into actionable tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in hardware program management, strong communication, and a track record of delivering complex multi-stakeholder programs on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a technical program manager in hardware or silicon development.
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• Coordinating execution across multiple engineering teams and translating commitments into schedules.
• Experience with external vendors, contract manufacturers, or foundries.
• Exposure to hardware development phases (prototype, qualification, mass production).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership updates.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Internal Cross-Functional Coordination: run meetings and align uLED, test, packaging, and sourcing teams.
• External Vendor Interface Management: coordinate with foundries and silicon vendors, align milestones.
• Program Tracking and Reporting: maintain trackers and produce milestone readouts for leadership.
• Risk Management: maintain a risk register with owners and dates, drive mitigation plans.
