Job summary

Ecotal is seeking an engineering Technical Program Manager to oversee complex hardware development projects, build achievable schedules, and craft robust project plans. You will communicate risk clearly, elevate issues to engineering leadership, and empower cross-functional teams to overcome roadblocks for timely market delivery.

The role requires coordinating with product, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams, tracking progress, and reporting status throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in hardware product development project management.
• Basic understanding of nuclear technology and power systems preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to discuss implementation details with engineering, quality, regulatory, and supply chain.
• Strong record-keeping and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and schedules.
• Implement changes to achieve project goals.
• Communicate project issues clearly with stakeholders.
• Provide accurate, timely project status reports.
• Support project plan creation with cross-functional teams.
• Execute system project plan to bring product to market on time.
• Manage overall development schedule and critical path.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks across functions.
• Ensure visibility into program progress and risks.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate with external resources.
