Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hardware or silicon program mgmt.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related engineering discipline.
• Coordinate execution across multiple engineering teams including silicon, hardware, test, packaging, and other cross-functional partners.
• Translate high-level program commitments into actionable schedules with clear owners, dependencies, and target dates.
• Experience working with external vendors, contract manufacturers, foundries, or other manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program reviews across uLED, silicon, test, packaging, product engineering, and sourcing teams.
• Maintain integrated program schedules connecting internal milestones with vendor deliverables and dates.
• Develop and maintain authoritative program trackers and provide milestone readouts for leadership.
• Track and escalate risks, dependencies, and action items across multiple workstreams.
• Drive hardware and silicon programs from development through qualification, validation, and mass production.
