Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering (Electrical Engineering/Engineering Technology or related disciplines).
• 5+ years of experience in test engineering or manufacturing support.
• Strong background in PCB, mixed-signal, and embedded hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing test processes for electronic products.
• Proficiency with PC-based test systems and instrumentation.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Flexible and adaptive across changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Production Test & Hardware Debug - Perform testing and troubleshoot analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits down to the component level.
• Manufacturing Test Development - Define and implement test strategies for new products; support at CM; provide DFT recommendations.
• Yield, Quality, and Process Improvement - Analyze test yields, prepare pareto charts and trends; collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with internal design teams and external manufacturing partners; train test stations; communicate risks and progress.
