Job summary

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience working with hardware components and basic repair tasks.
  • Proficient with hand tools, test equipment, soldering, and understanding device internals.
  • Able to interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
  • Knowledge of ESD safety and chemical handling.
  • Comfortable performing precise mechanical/electrical repairs including micro-soldering.
  • Experience in device disassembly/reassembly to factory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware failures using test equipment and diagnostic software.
  • Perform precise mechanical and electrical repairs including micro-soldering and component replacement.
  • Disassemble, clean, and reassemble devices to factory standards.
  • Conduct post-repair testing to ensure functionality.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and document usage.
  • Follow ESD safety protocols and handle hazardous materials appropriately.
