Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Computer Hardware Logistic Technician to join the Data Center support team in Florence, KY on site.

You will test and repair data center components, record results in the WMS, and help manage inventory and parts flow in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role is a 3-24 month contract with potential conversion to permanent, offering a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 5:00 PM–1:00 AM EST shift.

Schedules: Day Shift: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM EST or Night Shift: 5:00 PM- 1:00 AM EST

What's the Job?

• Test and repair data center components using various testing rigs and jigs.
• Record test results in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed.
• Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
• Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and achievement of daily/weekly goals.
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment, parts, and materials as required throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse/data center environment that requires passing through metal detectors and security screening procedures when entering and exiting the facility.
