Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Computer Hardware Logistic Technician to join the Data Center support team in Florence, KY on site.

You will test and repair data center components, record results in the WMS, and help manage inventory and parts flow in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role is a 3-24 month contract with potential conversion to permanent, offering a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 5:00 PM–1:00 AM EST shift.

Qualifications

• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with quality focus.
• Basic to intermediate system administration skills.
• Ability to execute small projects independently and collaborate on larger ones.

Responsibilities

• Test and repair data center components using testing rigs and jigs.
• Record test results in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed.
• Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by repairs.
• Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and goals.
