Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Computer Hardware Technician in Florence, KY, onsite for a 3-24 month contract with potential conversion. This role supports the Data Center technical team, performing testing, repairs, and inventory management in a warehouse/data center setting.

The position offers day or night shifts with competitive hourly pay and benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401K option, plus weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Test and repair data center components using various testing rigs and jigs.
• Record test results in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed.
• Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
• Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and achievement of daily/weekly goals.
• Ability to safely lift and move equipment, parts, and materials as required throughout the shift.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse/data center environment that requires passing through metal detectors and security screening procedures when entering and exiting the facility.

Schedules: Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM EST
