Job summary

ISPA Technology in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a Hardware Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of desktop and peripheral equipment.

You will troubleshoot hardware, image and deploy computers, perform upgrades, and provide basic end-user support while maintaining an organized work area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting computer hardware or equivalent training.
• Basic understanding of PC hardware and Windows operating systems.
• Experience installing and replacing computer components.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware failures and determine corrective actions.
• Familiarity with desktop imaging or deployment tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and replace desktop and laptop hardware.

Position Overview

ISPA Technology is seeking a Hardware Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware and peripheral equipment. This position is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys hands-on technical work and is looking to develop their career. The Hardware Technician works with desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other computer equipment to ensure systems remain operational and ready to support mission and business requirements.
