Job summary

Liberty Software is seeking a Tech Team Account Manager to oversee hardware issues for regional pharmacies. The role is based in our Southlake, TX office and requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for technical matters, providing hardware support, and maintaining service ticket records. A comprehensive benefits package includes 100% paid medical insurance and a generous PTO plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Liberty Software's RXQ and BZQ software applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, both server and workstation.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP base networking including DNS and DHCP technologies.
• Good verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical matters associated with their assigned pharmacies.
• Analyze tickets for assigned pharmacies to determine common problems.
• Provide hardware phone support for client pharmacies.
• Maintain a high level of first call resolution for client pharmacy hardware issues.
• Create and maintain detailed service ticket records of client pharmacy hardware issues.

Skills

Knowledge of Liberty Software's RXQ and BZQ software applications

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems

Knowledge of TCP/IP base networking including DNS and DHCP technologies

Good verbal and written skills

Education
