Ladders in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations and Service Logistics to lead end-to-end strategy for our hardware products and to align manufacturing, logistics and service operations for growth.

This senior role partners with contract manufacturers and executive vendors to improve efficiency, service levels, inventory balance and quality while guiding a high-performing, global team across complex operations. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in supply chain, manufacturing and service logistics leadership.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and global logistics networks.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategy for hardware products.
• Engage and manage executive-level vendors to optimize technology and pricing.
• Balance inventory investment with service levels.
• Oversee contract manufacturing operations and internal production processes.
• Drive improvements in yield and quality across sites.
• Establish strategic logistics direction for global RMA and spares.
• Mentor and develop a global team in supply chain and service logistics.
