Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations and Service Logistics to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This senior leadership role will shape the end-to-end supply chain strategy for hardware products while aligning manufacturing, logistics, and service operations to support business growth. The position will partner closely with contract manufacturers, executive vendors, and internal cross‑functional leaders to improve efficiency, service performance, inventory balance, and quality. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in global supply chain leadership and the ability to guide a high‑performing team across complex operational environments.

This role will also influence production execution and global RMA and spares logistics, ensuring the organization can meet customer demand and maintain strong service levels. It is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who can drive operational discipline, supplier performance, and continuous improvement across the supply chain network.

Location: Santa Clara, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $306,000 – $340,000 annually

• Experience leading global, cross‑functional teams with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
