Job summary

You will coordinate hardware allocation and distribution, manage inventory and logistics, help with device setup and testing, and assist in running user studies to ensure a high‑quality product experience. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 1+ year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1+ year of experience supporting unreleased hardware and/or software products.
• Experience managing hardware inventories, allocations, logistics, or operational workflows.
• Familiarity with consumer technology platforms, including mobile, wearable, desktop, or hardware ecosystems.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage a detailed hardware allocation database.
• Oversee hardware inventory and distribution according to project needs.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate delays or risks.
• Configure devices according to engineering specs and testing requirements.
• Support planning and execution of user studies and research initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Engineering, Operations, Legal, and product development.
• Troubleshoot hardware and tech issues and identify process improvements.
• Ensure documentation, inventory accuracy, and compliance with procedures.
• Manage multiple projects and time-sensitive tasks to meet deadlines.
