Job description

Akkodis is seeking a Study Coordinator/UX Researcher for a contract job position with a client located in (Sunnyvale, CA).

Rate Range: $23/hr. - $35/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

1 - 1.5 years unreleased hardware/software experience.

Maintaining an accurate and detailed hardware allocations database.

Managing and tracking hardware inventory to ensure availability and alignment with team needs.

Tracking delivery schedules and prioritizing distribution to critical teams; highlighting any delays and communicating cross-functionally.

Device setup to specifications provided by engineering teams.

Partnering with multi-functional groups such as legal, engineering services, hardware development, and operations.

Resolving complex technical issues and contributing to overall process improvements.

Familiarity with iOS, WatchOS, MacOS, or company's hardware.

Must be able to handle multiple time-constrained tasks to meet daily deadlines.

Detail oriented problem solver with a passion for quality and user experience.

Strong communicator with immediate team members and client side stakeholders.

Ability to adjust and deliver in fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment.

Quick-learner/Self-starter with an ability to distill complex matter.

Minimum Qualifications:
