Job summary

Westlake Ace Hardware is seeking a Sales Associate to support receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining clean, organized merchandise presentation. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them find products while delivering a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with store operations, price changes, end caps, stocking back stock, maintaining signage, and working with a team to uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and greet customers throughout the store.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining clean, organized shelves and merchandise presentation.
• Assist with store operations including signage, price changes, and merchandising resets.
• Operate forklift with proper training and assist with back stock and floor layout as needed.
