Job summary

Ace Retail Group is hiring a Sales Associate to assist in receiving, stocking, pricing, and maintaining clean, well-presented merchandise across Westlake Ace Hardware stores. You will provide friendly, proactive customer service and support store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, helping locate products, processing transactions, and maintaining store safety and layout. Prior retail experience is preferred; forklift operation may be required with proper training.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Able to climb.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and represent Ace Retail Group positively.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, pricing and merchandising display.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store, back stock, and sales floor.
• Operate forklift with proper training when required.
