Job summary

Ace Retail Group owns Westlake Ace Hardware stores and is seeking a Sales Associate to help receive, stock and price merchandise while maintaining a clean, inviting store presentation.

You will provide friendly customer service, greet shoppers, answer questions, and assist with price changes, end caps, and general store operations. Prior retail experience is preferred; High School or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Proactively assist customers and resolve problems.
• Greet customers and maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, pricing and back stock management.
• Operate forklift with proper training.
• Support department specialists with pricing changes and special orders.
