Ace Retail Group, a division of Ace Hardware Corporation, is seeking a Sales Associate to assist in receiving, stocking, pricing, and presenting merchandise at our Westlake Ace location.

You will greet customers, solve problems, maintain cleanliness, and support store operations while upholding our core values. This hourly role offers $12–$14 per hour, requires a high school diploma or GED, and physical tasks such as standing and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, and climbing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems and answering questions.
• Greet customers and thank them as they leave, ensuring a friendly demeanor.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Assist with price changes, end caps, and merchandise resets.
• Operate forklift with proper training where applicable.
• Communicate issues to management for follow-up.
