Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate to support receiving, stocking, and pricing of merchandise at Westlake Ace Hardware. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and deliver excellent customer service to everyone who visits the store.

The role emphasizes friendly, proactive assistance, product knowledge, and teamwork to ensure amazing every customer, every time. Prior retail experience and a high school diploma are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.
• Maintain back stock levels and Keep the floor inviting.
