Responsibilities

• Complete assigned casework under scheduled deadlines and time expectations.
• Prepare, test and package computer hardware and various accessories.
• Process Return Merchandise requests.
• Document and log serial numbers and hardware completion times.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during hardware and accessory configuration.
• Explain technical details to customers as needed, both orally and in written communication.
• Special Projects as assigned by the Director of Installation from time to time.
