Job summary
Nokia's Hardware Services division seeks a senior program professional to lead new hardware product introductions and drive roadmapping, demand planning, and service strategy on a global scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead the introduction of new hardware products and technologies into Nokia's Hardware Services organization.
- Drive technology roadmapping and input for portfolio decisions (M0-M04).
- Oversee project governance for ramp-up of new hardware products within HWS.
- Define repair and spare parts service strategies.
- Establish global demand, supply, and inventory planning capabilities.
- Develop purchasing capabilities for repair and spare parts.
- Liaise with MN Business Lines and R&D Product Programs.
- Provide input and follow-up for product program milestone decisions (P0-P8).
- Support feasibility studies and design products for serviceability.
- Contribute to service business cases.
- Facilitate global and regional competence and knowledge transfer.
- Support tendering for early-phase products.
- Collect and analyse SPC cost, pilot customer, manufacturing location, and production demand/supply data.
- Assess Repair Center readiness.
- Monitor DCC/HWSD project milestone completion.
- Drive continuous improvement and change management in the HWSD NPI process.
- Manage purchasing, logistics, tendering, cost management, and inventory management.
