Job Description

Leads internal projects to ensure scope, time, budget and quality expectations are met through planning, controlling and managing. Manages corporate and third‑party vendor efforts to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.

As a Manufacturing Program Manager (MPM) within Supply Chain Operations (SCO), you will release new hardware products and lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle from introduction to decline. You will drive overall performance improvements in Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Risk mitigation, as well as manage sustaining product engineering changes, process development or improvements, and represent the organization in cross‑functional initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage internal projects of varying complexity, including CM or ODM based designs.
  • Support the development and rollout of Supply Chain processes related to NPI and Product Lifecycle Management; create new process maps, procedures, work instructions, checklists, templates, and other documents as needed.
  • Ensure Supply Chain/manufacturing requirements are met and delivered on time, at lowest cost, with quality.
  • Identify and lead cross‑functional SCO extended team members to identify, communicate and mitigate issues and risks; develop schedules and provide deliverables and documentation.
  • Work with key internal customers to develop supply‑chain strategy and lead the cross‑functional project team to ensure execution aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Manage project team, including internal and external resources of 20+ people from multiple countries; mentor and encourage skill development.
  • Lead day‑to‑day program activities: set expectations, provide results, communicate progress, balance priorities/interdependencies, and drive resolution of issues and roadblocks.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at upper levels; communicate requirements, supervise progress, report project status and issues to internal partners, management, and extended team.
  • Represent supply‑chain aspects of product throughout its lifecycle with support from Product Line Management, Engineering, and other functions.

  • In‑depth understanding of NPI process, phase gates and Product Lifecycle Management.

  • Confirm team leader/player in a cross‑functional team; collaborates well with internal and external partners.
Education and Experience Required

Salary and Benefits

Annual salary USD 105,500 – 213,500 in California (United States). Variable incentives may also be offered.
