Job summary

Benjamin Moore seeks a sales support professional to back HQ operations in meeting sales goals. You will coordinate reporting, manage follow-ups, and craft actionable insights for promotions and campaigns.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Field Sales to ensure local execution of national strategies, while maintaining strong organization and a customer-focused approach in a Carol Stream, IL environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales support, operations, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM and BI tools preferred.
• Ability to interpret sales and customer reporting for management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer-focused.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and work independently.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and accurate in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to meet sales goals in HQ.
• Coordinate reporting requests from field sales and management.
• Review performance and activity data, identify items needing follow-up.
• Prepare recaps and insights for sales initiatives and promotions.
• Support key accounts by coordinating follow-up and inquiries.
• Assist with planning of customer promotions, product launches, campaigns.
• Coordinate samples, promotional materials, and trade show logistics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Training, and Field Sales.
