Benjamin Moore & Co in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Sales Support professional to provide operational and administrative support to the Hardware/Wholesale HQ team, helping to meet sales goals through calendar coordination, meeting prep, sales materials, and event logistics.

The role collaborates with the Business Insights, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and Field Sales teams to prepare reports, track performance, coordinate promotions and customer communications, and support local

Competenze

3+ years in sales support, operations, account coordination, administration, or related roles.
High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to interpret sales and customer reporting, identify items requiring attention, and communicate findings to sales management to support business execution.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 and BI tools.

Mansioni

Provide operational and administrative support to the Hardware/Wholesale HQ team to help meet sales goals, including calendar coordination, meeting prep, sales materials, and event logistics (Conventions and Trade Shows).
Partner with Business Insights & Sales Operations to facilitate reporting requests based on field sales and management needs.
Review sales performance, customer activity, program participation, and initiative reporting to identify items leveraging Excel, CRM data, and BI dashboards for follow-up.
Prepare recaps and actionable insights for sales initiatives, including results tracking and customer feedback.
Support key accounts by coordinating follow-up, responding to inquiries, and connecting customers with internal resources.
Assist with planning and execution of customer promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate sample requests and distribution of promotional materials and other resources.
Coordinate logistics and materials for trade shows, customer meetings, training sessions, and sales events.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Training, and Field Sales to support local execution of national/regional strategies.
