Job summary

Altentechnologyusa, located in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking a Hardware Regulatory Compliance Engineering Program Manager to manage complex regulatory compliance projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to North American and global standards, leading a cross-disciplinary team through strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in wireless regulatory compliance and excellent leadership and communication skills. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wireless regulatory compliance, testing, and certifications.
• 5+ years of experience with wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and WWAN.
• Experience in launching mass-produced consumer and/or automotive electronics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EMC/RF engineering team to address compliance requirements.
• Plan and direct compliance testing of hardware platforms.
• Coordinate with cross-functional network to gather requirements.
