As a Hardware Regulatory Compliance Engineering Program Manager, you are experienced in Radio Frequency (RF), ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) technologies and their product certification processes. This highly technical role requires you to possess a deep understanding of North American and Global standards and compliance requirements, and how to navigate the evolving world of country-based and industry regulations. You will collaborate with a skilled cross‑disciplinary team to develop certification strategies and drive them from concept to test execution and through regulatory approvals, leading the team through global scaling required with our program portfolio. Working hand‑in‑hand with internal interdisciplinary teams and brand partners, you will drive the scope, schedule, internal and external resources through technical compliance requirements and product testing. Your proactive nature, deep problem‑solving skills, and ability to excel in a collaborative peer environment are what will make the team a success.
