Tarana Wireless is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Engineer to lead RF and EMC testing for our ngFWA platforms. You will coordinate with external labs, review data, and ensure compliance with FCC/ETSI standards.

You will work with systems/RF engineers to prepare devices for testing, analyze results, and translate complex standards into actionable plans. A dynamic, fast‑growing company offers competitive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience with RF and EMC regulatory compliance for wireless platforms.
• Ability to translate standards into test plans and matrices.

Responsibilities

• Drive in‑house RF/EMC testing and analyze results against regulatory limits.
• Collaborate with external test laboratories for formal certification tracks.
• Coordinate with systems/RF engineers and program managers on compliance activities.
• Prepare DUTs for outside lab evaluations and review FCC/ETSI test reports.
• Investigate and troubleshoot failures to support engineering resolutions.
