TSMG is seeking skilled Repair Technicians / Hardware Support Engineers to join our team in Palo Alto, California. You will be responsible for hardware repair, refurbishment, and maintenance tasks while ensuring operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate should possess strong hardware troubleshooting skills and have experience with technical support. A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in hardware operations, repair, or technical support.
• Experience with various testing and troubleshooting techniques.
• Good business-level English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repair, refurbishment, and redeployment of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and replace defective computer parts.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for workflows.
• Maintain accurate repair and inventory documentation.

Skills
