Qualifications

• Familiar with audits, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Experience interfacing with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Establishing, implementing, and maintaining a quality management system (QMS).
• Root cause analysis and corrective action for defects.
• Validation and implementation of test equipment requirements and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement using LEAN/Kaizen methods.
• Develop training to raise quality awareness across departments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Field Services for production transfer.
• Inspect products and processes for compliance with QMS.
• Conduct audits, create reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze failure data and present corrective/preventive measures.
• Create and maintain QA documentation and procedures.
