Job summary

Terabase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end execution of a fast-moving solar construction equipment program in Davis, CA.

You will manage the integrated schedule, critical path, and milestone gates across engineering tracks, supply chain, and external partners. The role separates program management from design leadership, enabling engineers to focus on technical execution while you drive phase gates, risk mitigation, and program cadence.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of technical program or project management experience in a hardware engineering environment.
• Proven track record running multi-track programs to milestone gates.
• Strong written and verbal executive communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program schedule across engineering tracks, supply chain, and external partners.
• Drive the critical path to hardware milestones and certification deliverables.
• Run cadence status reporting to program leadership: weekly stand-up and monthly reviews.
• Operate IP disclosure workflows with internal/external counsel and maintain trackers.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and escalate decisions to executives.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, including third-party partners and labs.
• Maintain RAID and decision logs.
• Lead phase gate reviews and document attainment of gate criteria.
