Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of technical program/project management experience in a hardware engineering environment.
• Demonstrated track record running multi-track engineering programs to defined milestone gates.
• Strong written and verbal executive communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program schedule across all engineering tracks, supply chain, and external partners.
• Drive the critical path to defined hardware milestones and certification deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate program risks; elevate decisions that require executive action.
