Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Monroe, CT facility. You will lead production technicians, oversee daily operations, and ensure safe, efficient workflows supporting hardware production, warranty, and replacement activities.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain leadership and cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, monitor performance, and coach staff to meet quotas and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading teams in production/manufacturing/supply chain environments.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable improvements and decisions.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily leadership meetings and provide clear updates on performance, risks, and priorities.
• Lead weekly facility standups and help set agendas; conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports.
• Drive safety, compliance, and process standardization across production lines.
• Monitor workflows, track quotas and productivity metrics; ensure SLAs and quality targets are met.
