Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Monroe, CT location to lead day-to-day hardware production, warranty, and replacement activities in a safety-focused environment. You will manage a team of technicians, drive production flow, monitor quotas and SLAs, and partner with cross-functional leaders to implement process improvements.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated supervisory experience in manufacturing or supply chain, strong data analytics, and a proven ability to coach staff

Responsibilities

• Attend daily leadership meetings and provide updates on performance, risks, and priorities.
• Lead weekly standups for the facility and help set agendas.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports and coach the team.
• Identify improvements, test and implement operational changes.
• Monitor quotas, productivity metrics, and ensure SLAs and quality targets.
• Address personnel issues and support staffing, training, and performance management.
