Job summary

Elite-Recruiting- is seeking a Project Manager in Gillette, WY to oversee a diverse mix of projects across electronics, manufacturing, and custom products. The role entails managing from concept through testing and completion, coordinating across engineering, production, and vendors, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in project-related roles, exceptional organizational skills, and proven ability to drive projects in fast-paced environments

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, production coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and Google Workspace/MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from intake to closeout.
• Maintain a master project roadmap and track timelines.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks before deadlines.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across engineering, production, purchasing, customer service, design, and leadership.
• Coordinate product development from concept through release.
• Coordinate electronics/PCB projects and vendor handoffs.
• Oversee manufacturing timelines and supplier coordination.
• Manage packaging/branding and graphic design projects.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and prioritize tasks.
