Job summary

Elite-Recruiting- is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a diverse project portfolio in a product and manufacturing environment. You will manage from concept to completion, coordinating across engineering, production, purchasing, and design to keep projects on schedule and aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and experience with PM platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, production coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with popular PM platforms (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from intake, scoping, planning, execution, testing, to closeout.
• Maintain a master project roadmap and track multiple projects against timelines and deliverables.
• Identify risks, resource constraints, and bottlenecks before deadlines.
• Coordinate internal resources and keep stakeholders informed throughout projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, purchasing, customer service, design, and leadership.
• Coordinate electronics/PCB projects and manage vendor handoffs; track fabrication schedules and QA.
• Oversee manufacturing timelines and supplier coordination for tooling and lead times.
• Coordinate packaging, branding, and graphic design projects; ensure timelines are met.
• Lead status meetings and ensure priorities and next steps are clear.
