You will drive projects from concept through execution, coordinating across engineering, production, vendors, and leadership to stay on schedule and meet business goals. This position emphasizes adaptability and strong communication in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management or coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from intake to closeout, including planning and delivery.
• Maintain a master project roadmap and track multiple projects against timelines.
• Identify risks and resource constraints before deadlines.
• Provide regular updates and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate across engineering, production, purchasing, customer service, design and vendors.
• Coordinate product development projects from concept to release and test.
