Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in a production or hardware environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from intake to closeout.
• Maintain master project roadmap and track timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and communicate with stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for custom customer requests and special-order projects.
• Coordinate product development, electronics, PCB, and manufacturing projects across teams.
