Job summary

You will coordinate across engineering, production, purchasing, customer service, design, and external vendors to keep projects on schedule and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management, production coordination, or similar experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiar with project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from intake to closeout.
• Maintain master project roadmap and track timelines and deliverables.
• Identify risks, resource constraints, and bottlenecks before deadlines.
• Provide regular updates and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate custom customer requests and translate requirements into plans.
• Oversee product development, electronics, PCB, and manufacturing projects.
• Coordinate packaging, branding, and graphic design projects.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, production, purchasing, customer service, design, vendors, and leadership.
