Mashgin is seeking a Hardware Operations Specialist to support day-to-day hardware operations in our San Jose, CA office. This hands-on role focuses on inventory, shipments, parts, and task coordination with the hardware team; you will not make major supply decisions alone, but you will learn quickly and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hardware operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or similar hands-on role.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and reliably close the loop.
• Comfortable working with physical parts and a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory at local contract manufacturer and shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and shipment tracking.
• Support USA domestic logistics and coordinate with carriers.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal teams on open items.
• Organize hardware, spare parts, packaging, and finished goods.
• Flag discrepancies and delays early to the team.
• Maintain clear records of status and actions.
